The Basement

The majority of the time we were not able to be on site when things were happening.  We relied heavily on my in-laws to take pictures of the progress.  At the beginning the progress was huge!  There were new things popping up everywhere!

The basement was obviously completed first.  Our basement is a walkout basement so it was really fun to watch it go up.

It was so much fun to actually be able to walk into something that was going to be our house!  The first time i stepped through the location of our sliding glass doors i was in awe.  I could walk right to where things were going to be located and imagine it all.  It was hard for me to imagine how big things were going to be.  It seemed big, but there were a lot of things that were going to be throughout that area.  I just couldn't wait to see it with walls up.  And now it's pretty awesome.
